アフガニスタン新国立博物館の命題は、＜建築＞を通してこの国の有形. 無形のコンテクストに自律性を与えること。それすなわち古代の保全や歴史的遺物を通底するものでありながら、過去と現在のイベントをテキスト化するもの、およびアフガニスタンの変化に応じて拡大し、発展することを目指すということである。
歴史以前の古代の遺物として、有史時代の過去、未来、そして周囲の景観と共存するものとして、この4 要素がその存在を規定する。そしてこの要素が相互に絡み合い、本質を引き出すことで、 総体としてのアフガニスタンを表現し、新しい文化拠点となる。セキュリティ上周辺を高い壁で覆われた敷地全体の一部に博物館を計画する。塀の外からの攻撃にも耐えうる強固な建築が求 められた。
ボックス状の展示室を散りばめ、外部に対して閉じた全体構成とした。個々の点在する展示室をその内側を貫通するリングでレベルを変えながら回遊する。個々の空間はそのリングの中庭的 水辺空間に対して開かれ、外部とのコミュニケーションをとる。リングは歴史を尊重しアフガンのモチーフを再現したサイズのグラデーションをかけたパターンにより構成。開かれた中庭の 水辺を垣間見るように人々は展示空間を移動する。

The proposition of the New National Museum of Afghanistan is to give autonomy to the tangible and intangible context of this country through <architecture>. In other words, it aims to expand anddevelop according to changes in Afghanistan, while texturing past and present events, as well as passing through ancient conservation and historical relics.
It is an ancient relic before history, coexisting with the past, the future, and the surrounding landscape of prehistoric times. These four elements define its existence, intertwined with each other and bring out the essence to express Afghanistan as a whole and become a new cultural base. The museum is planned in a part of the entire site covered with high walls around for security.
The strong architectural form was required to withstand attacks from outside the fence.
A box-shaped exhibition room is interspersed with the entire structure closed to the outside. Travelling around the various scattered exhibition rooms, each level changes with the ring that penetrates the interior. Each space is open to the courtyard waterfront of the ring and communicates with the exterior. The ring is made up of a gradation pattern of a size that reproduces the Afghan motif, respecting history.
People move around the exhibition space with a glimpse of the waterside in the open courtyard.

La proposition du nouveau Musée national a afghan est de donner une autonomie au contexte matériel et immatériel de ce pays à travers <l’architecture>. En d’autres termes, il vise à se développer en fonction des changements survenus en Afghanistan, tout en texturant les événements passés et présents, tout en passant par les vestiges de la conservation et les vestiges historiques.
En tant que relique ancienne avant l’histoire, coexistant avec le passé, l’avenir et le paysage environnant de la préhistoire. Ces quatre éléments définissent son existence. Ces éléments sont intimement liés et font ressortir l’essence nécessaire pour exprimer l’Afghanistan dans son ensemble et devenir une nouvelle base culturelle.
Le musée est prévu dans une partie de l’ensemble du site recouverte de hauts murs autour de la sécurité. Une architecture solide capable de résister aux attaques extérieures à la clôture était nécessaire.
Une salle d’exposition en forme de boîte est entrecoupée de toute la structure fermée à l’extérieur. Parcourez les différentes salles d’exposition dispersées en modifiant le niveau avec l’anneau qui pénètre à l’intérieur. Chaque espace est ouvert sur le front de mer de la cour et communique avec l’extérieur.
La bague est composée d’un motif qui respecte l’histoire et reproduit les motifs afghans avec une gradation de taille. Les gens se déplacent dans l’espace d’exposition pour donner un aperçu du bord de l’eau de la cour ouverte.
